Its been a few years since I made Gratitude a part of my life. I practiced Gratitude in each and every possible way, in each and every conscious and subconscious moment.
I practiced Gratitude right after waking up, while doing all the chores, while eating, while travelling, while reading, and doing almost every thing. I practiced Gratitude when I was low, when I was angry, when things were not at all on track, and trust me - Gratitude helped me bring it all back on track. I practiced Gratitude upon seeing happy people, upon seeing sad people, upon seeing angry people, upon seeing people in love, and what not. Result! I became a better version of myself within a few days. I was able to see the blessings that i already have and subconsciously stopped fussing about what I don't have or what is not right. My life was changed!
What does Gratitude mean?
Gratitude is simply saying "Thank You" to the Universe for all that you have - love, friends, family, your senses, a beautiful and capable body, a roof on top of your head, clothes on your body, food to binge on. No matter how less it is. The thing that matters is at least you have it.
Gratitude means saying "Thank You" to all the people you come across, to all the people doing anything for you even if they are being paid, to all the people that are making your lives easier in some or other way.
Even if you lack almost everything in the World, even if the World seems to be crashed down, just sit back and relax and you will definitely find something to be Thankful for!

What does Gratitude do?
When you express Gratitude, you focus on whatever positive that you have in your life. This will eventually queue up all the positive aspects of your life so you can be thankful for them too. Ultimately, your queue will start extending without you putting any significant efforts. Life will become easier and happier!
Let's say, you buy a gift for someone. You give it to that person and in return the person just takes the gift without saying Thank You. In fact, that person is furious at you because the gift is either small or cheap or simply not what s/he desired. How would you feel? Would you ever feel like buying any other gift for that person? Likely, NO!
Now, let's reverse this scenario. You buy the gift. Person gladly takes it, says Thank You and makes you feel like this is the best gift in the World. How would you feel? Would you ever feel like buying any other gift for that person? Likely, YES!
Same is with universe. When you are furious at whatever Universe is giving you, it hardly gives you great things but when you love what you receive, Universe is more happier and gives you more of great things.

When you make Gratitude a part of your life, positive things automatically start coming into spot light and negative things start fading. You suddenly realize what a blessing your life has been.
As of now, you might not be having all that you want but Gratitude takes you many steps closer. Miracles happen just because you have decided upon to look at positive side of life by expressing Gratitude.
